CASE STUDY - 1

Mr. Krishna Kumar S/o Sri Ram Ratan Mistry, At- Saidpur, Patna, was trainee of the Second batch of the Motor Winding Training course which is running with the support of BREAD-Volkart Foundation Indian Trust at Mohalla- Kajipur, Patna. Mr. Krishna kumar is belongs to the poor family and his father Sri Ram Ratan Mistry is a daily wage labourer carpenter. His economically condition was very poor. His father was not able to support their son to continue his study. His father approached to the training centre and express their willingness to enrolled in the training centre.

So, Mr. Krishna Kumar was joined in the second batch of the Motor winding training course and strated training with full keen interest. Mr. Krishna Kumar was completed training of Motor winding and started on job training door to door on demand. He enhanced their skills with fine tune in the three months.

Mr. Krishna Kumar started own electric shop and workshop for repair the electric good namely M/s A.K. Electricals at Saidpur mohalla, Patna. Now, he is earning good income and he support to their father economically. Now Krishna Kumar is providing basic support to her younger sister and brother in the good education from their income.

CASE STUDY - 2

Mr. Sunny Kumar S/o Sri Bharat Prasad, Resident of Mohalla - Govind Mitra Road, Patna. He is elder son of their family and his father has own Fotpath hotel. His father is earning low income and survive their livelihood and his son Mr. Sunny Kumar was also involved in the hotel. Mr. Sunny has two younger bother and one sister. All are depended on hotel business. So, his economic condition was very poor. One day his father comes to the training center of Air condition and Refrigeration and willing to provide to training to his son. After that the project has enrolled to Mr. Sunny Kumar and started training of Air Condition and Refrigeration training and aquire good knowledge and skill.

Mr. Sunny Kumar has completed A/C Refrigeration training very successfully and started call job on demand and repair the A/C and freze. He has good practice and at presently he has able to establish good rapport within the community and mohalla. At presently he is known as skilled mechanics of A/C and freze. He is earning good income Rs. 5000/- to 8000/- in the summer session. It is vary month by month. Now, he is supporting to his father to increase capital of the hotels. His father is very oblige to the project and gave thanks to the both organisation.


Mr. Sunny Kumar, trainee of second batch of the Air condition and Refrigeration training center,At presently doing self work independentally.



CASE STUDY - 3

Mr. Rajneesh Kumar, S/o Sri Prem Nath Ray, Resident of Saidpur, Patna. His father is working as peon. Mr. Rajneesh Kumar is trainee of the 3rd batch of the Motor Winding Training of the BREAD-Volkart Foundation Indian Trust Project.

He has completed training with very successfully and developed their skill in the Motor Winding. After the completion of training Mr. Rajneesh Kumar has establish own electric shop cum workshop namely S. Electricals. He has started work and earning Rs. 6,000/- to 10,000/- per month and supporting to the father to uplift their livelihood. At presently Mr. Rajneesh Kumar and his father is very happy.

CASE STUDY - 4

Miss Sangeeta Kumari D/o Sri Musafir Singh Resident of Village Nijampur, Post-Kachidargah, Patna is a trainee of second batch of the Applique Training centre at Sabalpur, Patna. Sangeet kumari belongs to poor family. Her father is a farmer. Her economic condition is very poor.

Miss Sangeeta Kumari was competed appliqué training with successfully. After the training she has started work at home by collect the order from the market to do appliqué work on demand designe.

She is supplying the finished goods of appliqué work like Parda, Bedsheet, suits, sharee to the market. She is earning Rs. 3000/- to 5000/- per month. Her marriage has settled. This skill has given extra mark to settle her marriage.

CASE STUDY - 5

Moni Kumari, Resident of Village Alampur, Tilak Nagar, Patna. She was the trainee of Embriodery training center of first batch. She has completed training very successfully and got advance skill of embroidery.

Her marriage was settled in the Nwada District during the training course on the basis of this embroidery skill. The in-laws families were very much appreciated to her and her skill.

At presently she is doing good job in the field of embroidery in her in-laws family.

Her husband is promote to her to established own boutique in the Nawada District. In the Photograph Moni Kumari is looking in pink dress and working on the yellow clothes in the front side.
